This consists in one wing of: Lounge with wood burning fireplace, bathroom at a mezzanine level and two large double bedrooms above. The second wing consists of the entrance hall, (leading to new kitchen) dining room, bodega (wine cellar) office/bedroom and bathroom. A straight flight of steps leds to the new bedroom and two existing double bedrooms with a new bathroom.
To the rear of the property are two patios which could be made into one for a small swimming pool (possibly covered for winter use) and a shed for which it might be possible to obtain planning permission to convert into one or two bedrooms. On the front there is a large grape covered terrace affording views of the pueblo and sierra. The drive has recently been surfaced and has parking space for 4 or 5 cars.
